Sign Up for E-Billing and Go Paperless!

Starting January 1, 2025, the Town of Fort Macleod will introduce a $2.50 fee for each paper utility statement mailed to residents. To avoid postal delays, save on costs and reduce paper use, we encourage you to sign up for e-billing! With e-billing, you’ll receive your utility statements conveniently by email each month—free of charge.

Terms and Conditions for Paperless Utility Billing

By submitting this form, I agree to the following:

  1. I will receive my utility bills via email, in PDF format, sent to the email address provided.
  2. I am responsible for supplying the correct email address and notifying the Town of Fort Macleod in writing of any changes.
  3. If you do not receive your utility bill in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folders, as some email filters may redirect it there. Please remember that you are responsible for timely payment, regardless of email receipt.
  4. Non-receipt of the bill does not exempt me from payment or applicable penalties for late payment.
  5. I understand I will no longer receive paper copies of my utility bills when I opt into this service.
  6. The personal information collected in this form is used solely for paperless billing services and is handled in accordance with section 33(b) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
