We all have worries and that’s ok; they ARE much better to understand when we have some coping strategies available to us. We will spend the afternoon creating a box that helps our personalities shine through and fill the boxes with strategies that will work individually for us. If there is time remaining, we may learn about some gross motor activities that can help us regulate as well.

FCSS facilitates this event with the help of local donations to provide children & youth to ensure they have adequate supplies to start the school year with. It is a drop in event, and we do not check income but we may limit amount of each item. We will have tables with donated clothing items, which residents are welcome to take what they like. We will also have a few local agencies available to talk about their programming opportunities in the fall.
