The Town is happy to announce the 4H Club will be hosting an e-waste clean-up. Small appliances, audio & visual equipment, telecom products, power, cordless & air tools, electronic toys, video game systems, televisions, computers & printers will be accepted free of charge.
This service is for household electronic waste only. No other materials, refrigerants, large appliances or liquids will be accepted. Please note, No batteries or light blubs or anything with Freon will be accepted.

The Summer Solstice, June 21st, is the longest day of the year and marks the beginning of summer. It is a time of abundance, growth, and expansion, and marks the culmination of the sun's energy and power. It is often seen as a time of renewal, transformation, and manifestation, as the long days and warm weather provide the perfect conditions for personal growth and spiritual exploration. Join us for a beautiful evening that celebrates the energy of the Summer Solstice! We will begin our journey with a guided plant medicine walk in the Wilderness Valley Park with local Herbalist Chelsie Wolff. She will take us along the picturesque river bottom, sharing her wisdom and connecting us with the healing power and medicinal properties of plants. After we will return to the King of Wands Wellness studio and will be welcomed with refreshments to nourish and replenish your body, including Chelsie's own hand blended Horizon Herbs tea. Then, we will embark on a Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session with Chantelle Dalshaug. Breathwork can have both physical and spiritual benefits. Physically, it can increase oxygen levels in the body, promote relaxation, and help release tension and stress. Spiritually, it can lead to a deeper connection with oneself, facilitate emotional release, and promote a sense of inner peace and clarity. Individuals can tap into their body's natural healing abilities and experience a sense of renewed energy and vitality. Our workshop is a wonderful opportunity to gather with like-minded community, welcome the knowledge of the healing plants in our biome along the Old Man River, and harness the transformative energy of the Summer Solstice. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today.
