While residents have a blue bin for recycling, the Town also has a Bulk Recycling Depot located at 865 30th Street South, Fort Macleod. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Town Compost
The town operates a community composting site next to the recycling center (865 30th Street, Fort Macleod). The two compost site accepts tree clippings, tree branches and grass clippings. While there, help yourself to wood chips and compost for your gardens and yards. Please remember to take plastic bags home with you.
