Power Outage Notification
June 24, 9:30 – 3:30 p.m. (weather permitting)
Together with the FortisAlberta, our electricity distribution service provider, we have selected this day to upgrade the system for greater service reliability and safety.
If you are one of the impacted customers, FortisAlberta will be placing three notification phone calls on June 10, 17 and 22. To ensure they have your latest contact information, please them at 310-WIRE (9473). Please make the necessary arrangements to be without electricity service on this day.
Services on the far east side of town including the hospital, RCMP, grocery store, gas station and Tim Horton’s will remain open. Thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation as we work together to improve the Town of Fort Macleod. Please follow social distancing protocols around FortisAlberta employees. There will be a dozen two-man crews working throughout the town.
