REMOVAL OF FIRE BAN
FIRE ADVISORY IN EFFECT

Due to the moisture received last night and today, the fire chief has removed the fire ban within the Town of Fort Macleod’s limits. Campfires and backyard fire pits that meet Bylaw No. 1867 “Fire Protection Bylaw” requirements are allowed.
Warmer conditions are still forecasted ahead, as such there will no burn permits issues. Fire safety is always important, and we ask that our residents and visitors to camping areas within Town, continue to exercise caution when burning.
